OUR STORY
WE ARE A LOCAL VETERAN FAMILY
We developed Thrive to be about you: moms and dads that, like us, want the best for their children, for their development and for their social interaction in these anxious times. Our passion for starting Thrive was born out of the anxiety of dropping off our two children in overcrowded facilities with unmotivated staff while we sat on waitlists for the “best” care. We are as focused on helping parents thrive as we are on helping children thrive because we understand that we are working as a team in the development of your child. Our children thrive with the love and individual attention they receive from our trained and motivated Team. Our parents thrive with consistent communication and photos through our mobile-friendly applications. We look forward to helping your family thrive together.
THE OWNERS
KRYSTLE STEINHOFF
Krystle is the Director of Thrive Early Learning and responsible for building the perfect space for our children, parents, team and community to thrive together. Krystle grew up in Statesboro and met her husband Rob in Richmond Hill over 20 years ago. Krystle’s passion for starting Thrive was born out of her experience as the working mom of two boys, now three and nearly two, who struggled to find quality care when she needed it. Prior to starting Thrive, Krystle worked for several years as an attorney focused on corporate and trademark law.
ROB STEINHOFF
Rob is the co-founder of Thrive and Krystle’s much-less interesting other half. Rob is a combat veteran having led soldiers in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He met Krystle in Richmond Hill over 20 years ago while stationed at Fort Stewart. In his civilian career Rob managed operations for several large and small businesses prior to using his GI Bill to attend law school and earn his MBA. Rob’s legal practice focuses on real estate and corporate law.
